Kaira Cabato

Kaira Cabato is a Pacific Northwest native, former Division I athlete, and experienced fastpitch coach known for her strong connection to athletes, focus on development, and passion for building confident leaders through softball. With over a decade of coaching, private training, and creative leadership, she brings both technical skill and mentorship to her role as Assistant Coach for Lady Dukes 14U Young.

Coaching Career

Kaira has worked across every level of fastpitch — Little League, high school, competitive club, and advanced training centers — offering individualized instruction and team leadership throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Kaira believes in teaching accountability, setting high standards, and pushing players to become the best version of themselves. Whether she’s working with individuals or teams, she focuses on building people as much as players. She creates an environment where every athlete is challenged, supported, and expected to grow with her.
