
Lady Dukes Softball Club – Klippert operates as a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity under IRS Section 509(a)(2). Our organization was granted tax-exempt status effective July 23, 2025. As a nonprofit, we are committed to ensuring that every dollar contributed directly supports athlete development, program improvement, and expanded opportunities for players across the Pacific Northwest.
Your financial support helps fund advanced training resources, facility access, competition travel, community outreach initiatives, and player financial assistance. These contributions make a meaningful impact and enable us to deliver a high-quality, accessible softball experience for all athletes in our program.

Vice President Bobby Lawrence
Bobby is the steady hand guiding our coaching staff. With years of experience developing athletes at multiple levels, he understands that great programs are built on great coaches. His role is to equip, mentor, and hold our coaching team accountable—so that every Lady Dukes player receives consistent, high-level instruction. Bobby believes in coaching the person as much as the player, instilling confidence, accountability, and love for the game.
Treasurer Rikki Christensen
Rikki anchors the Lady Dukes with her experience in nonprofit leadership and human resources. With 9+ years serving community-driven organizations and over 15 years in HR, she brings both structure and heart to the table. As Secretary, she keeps the program running smoothly and transparently, while also supporting her daughters and the wider Lady Dukes family. Rikki is passionate about building an organization that athletes and families can trust—one rooted in professionalism, care, and community pride.
