Coaching Philosophy

Lisa leads with encouragement, consistency, and care. She believes in developing the full athlete, focusing not just on skills, but on character, accountability, and self-confidence. She works to create a space where young players feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow. She also values the power of shared effort. Her teams are built on mutual respect, hustle, and fun.
